Highpoint Aerial Access

Owned and operated by Rob and Liz Stringer is the company StringAir Vision Pty Ltd. Trading as Highpoint Aerial Access, the business specialises in the use of Remote Piloted Aircrafts (RPA) also known as, Drones or Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV), for inspection, aerial photography and videography purposes.

Highpoint Aerial Access, in accordance with Australian Civil Aviation Safety Regulations, is a Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) certified RPA operator. Our CASA RPA operator certification number is CASA.UOC.0273. We operate a small range of multi-rotor quadcoptors all manufactured by DJI, which include; a Phantom 2, a Phantom 2 Vision+ and an Inspire 1. For more information on these kinds of RPAs check out DJI’s Website. Our largest RPA, an octocoptor in an X Configuration, was assembled by Rise Above Aerials in Sydney, Australia. Its air frame called a ‘Black Widow’, was manufactured by Vulcan, which is controlled by DJI A2 flight controls. This RPA normally carries a DSLR camera with 4k recording ability and 1080HD in-flight live feed to the ground station.

Also, owned and operated by Rob and Liz Stringer is the business Rope Rigging Academy. The Academy provides specialised rope rigging courses created and presented by Rob Stringer. With five modules each addressing a range of subjects, Rope Rigging Academy can prepare rope enthusiasts for any situation.
